01Cancelling as a customer
Cancellation is requested from the booking page. More than 24 hours before the lesson the amount is refunded in full; inside 24 hours the request is assessed, including whether the tutor had already travelled.

02Cancelling as a tutor
If a tutor cannot attend, we arrange an alternative time or refund in full, and it is recorded on their profile.
03No-shows
A student no-show without notice consumes the lesson; a tutor no-show is grounds for a refund and a review of the account.
04Force majeure
Emergencies, weather and health situations are handled case by case, with rescheduling preferred.
